Most people grasp by fine for long time with 6 hours a hours of daylight of sleep.
The average need is 8 to 10 hours.
If you are not tiered during the afternoon then you are doing fine at 4 hours of sleep. Otherwise you call for life style switch for batter.

Try to take tiered and retire to bed at same time every day and catch out of the bed at same time every day even if you cannot sleep at least possible you get the needed rest.
