Had to much caffeine this morning...?

Is there anything I can do to receive rid of the jitters or do I just own to wait it out.... I am at work so can't be in motion running around to much.


Answers:    Drinking some plain, good old non-caffeinated water can facilitate flush the caffeine out of your system. I used to be way too addicted to coffee myself, and surrounded by my experience that's the best way to grasp rid of it, although you'll probably have to stir to the bathroom a lot of times to get hold of it all out! That be one of the major reason why I quit drinking coffee, along with the staying up adjectives night too regularly...
You just enjoy to wait it out.
