Im 5'2 and 130 lbs. am i podgy? i swim and own lots of muscale contained by my arms & calfs but my stomach won't SHRINK!

Running is usually the best passageway to lose the tummy. No, you're not fat. Muscle weigh more than fat so that's probably why you weigh more after you think you should.
