Is my bedtime too untimely?

I'm 14, and since I was 12, I've have such hard sleeping problems! similar to badly, I would stay up til 6:00 am and travel to bed and wake up at 5:00 pm and than do alike thing or i'd sometimes freshly stay up the whole light of day and than go to sleep that darkness and be exhausted. but now I'm getting much better, but I've be going to bed at like 5:00 pm-6:00 pm, and wake up like 4:00 am-5:00 am. Is my bedtime too untimely? or am I at a good start?


Answers:    For your age, I would suggest that you little by little work your way latter to about a 9:00 P.M. bedtime. Getting closely of rest is essential for you, but waking up so rash leaves you tired by the time your actual day starts. Find the be a foil for, but shoot for around 9.
I think it adjectives depends on your schedule iam 22 and economically at my age you work and all but you are 14 8th or 9th position right? Do you have a nought period those usually initiate about 7 contained by the morning so if you do it's totally undestandable. If you don't and want to got to sleep latter than just adjust your sleeping stencil. Don't let hours of darkness with the girls or friends mess you up steal sleep serious oh and I read an article that teens need atleast 9 hours of sleep but prefferably 10 wow huh! Good luck on this!
