I hold insomnia. Does anyone own any tips on getting put money on to sleep?




Answers:    imagine pushing adjectives of your problems and troubles into a room go into another room which is useless and peacful -then think of adding up nice things you like into that room.

or start thinking your toes to sleep later lower legs then thighs and hold on to working up -do it properly and you will be asleep long time before you draw from to head
