Is this fish alright to chomp through?

I had tilapia, cooked it contained by the oven, i de-frosted it because it was frozen. so after its cooked it have that after taste, of similar to frozen foods. but its fully cooked, is it alright to eat?

Answers:    Yes, I believe you are referring to freezer burn (the after taste)
"The dutiful news is that food next to freezer burn, though dried and wrinkled up, is safe to munch through. However, food afflicted with freezer burn largely has unpleasant tastes"
and by the style "Tilapia fish has to hold all the bones removed or it is poisonous!" What foolishness... Tilapia is cooked unless it ingested toxic chemicals, and who eats fish bones? If the 'bones' be poisonous how would removing them make the fish ripe!?
No!!
Tilapia fish has to hold all the bones removed or it is poisonous!
