What does it be set to when your urine is cloudy? What are possible cause?

I've never see urine that's cloudy.
Most likely is a urinary tract infection. See your doctor beforehand it starts hurting or goes into your kidneys. There are probably other reason urine could be cloudy, but they'll figure it out for you.
