I cant sleep!?<open>>?
im not even tired a bit.
this hasnt ever be a promble before
what should i do??
Answers: First, don't imagine about not anyone able to sleep. The more you deduce about how you're have trouble going to sleep.. the more problem you're going to have.. so catch your mind off it..
Second.. bring a nice warm shower. That will relief you relax.
Third.. get a nice cup of milk, and a piece of bread, or a couple saltines.. (milk helps produce seratonin level which help you sleep and the bread or saltines, ensure that you're stomach sour is absorbed, so you're full and relaxed)
Fourth, transform your bed sheets, to some nice clean fresh bed sheets.. i.e. very relaxing.. and if you enjoy a dryer sheet like bounce, put it surrounded by your pillow case.. the smell comes through greatly subtley and is very relaxing .. or buoyant a frangrence candle.
Fifth, Turn off the lights, and lay down and next put on the radio.. it doesn't matter if it's homily radio or music.. but it will help you maintain from thinking that you can't sleep.
And
Finally... this is a yoga method.. but I find it helpful when I own trouble sleeping.. but while you lay in bed.. (on your back)
Start beside your toes.. curl them as tight as you can.. count to 10 slowly and then release.
Then turn to your calves, and tighten that muscle and count to 10 slowly and then release..
subsequent your thighs.. your abs.. your fingers, your hands, your arms.. etc..
what it does is it help relax the muscles in your body.. which construct it easier to sleep.
So hopefully that helps some.
individually right now.. when I get to sleep.. I listen to Coast to Coast Talk Radio.. with Art Bell and George something.. they homily about the most crazy things.. around possessions, and UFO's and all this supernatural hallaballoo.. but it's so interesting.. I'm listen to them talk and not thinking or stressing more or less what I did that day or what I hold to do the next morning.. it keeps my mind distracted and make it tons easier to fall to sleep. But if you do a scour on the web to see if Coast to Coast radio is available surrounded by your area.. I deliberate it would be well worth it.. as powerfully as entertaining. I usually fall asleep give or take a few 15 to 20 minutes into it.. with no problem.
And honestly I've have some major problems beside sleep.. so this is what helped me. I hope it help you too.
Drink some tea or milk. Take a bath. Try to clear your mind of adjectives the stresses of the day. Listen to relaxing music.
