i've already ask this question once but i considered necessary some new answers



ok so i lone got fours of sleep finishing night rationale i had insomnia (where you can't be in motion to sleep). i tried to go to lift a nap at 11 this morning and i layed on the couch till 12:30 because i couldn't turn to sleep. i'm not feeling apt just because i'm worrying that i'll receive sick and ruin the day tmorrow (me nd my familial are going to the biltmore mansion tomorrow and its a 2 hr. car ride and i'm afraid i'll go and get sick and throw up while i'm there or start to quality horrible. but i asked my mom to get some chicken noodle soup and airborne and when she get home i was going to put away and take the airborne and dance to bed around 8 or 9 tonight ( so i can get some pious rest and i have to draw from up at 6 a.m. tomorrow. do you think that i will surface better tomorrow? can u give me ways to stop worrying over this?gratitude 10 points to the best answer
