How do I stop stress from making me physically in poor health?

I have found that when I return with stressed, nervous, worried, anxious, etc I start to get physically sick. Usually my stomach is what get upset the most. This happens for adjectives kinds of stress including: test, relationship fights, big vacation, moving away from home, anything.
I need to obtain over this, sometimes I even stress about getting sick from becoming stressed something like becoming sick.
Anyone have any planning? This has be going on for years and I can't stand it anymore.


Answers:    Well you're saying it's stress, but is any of it anxiety? I know that alot of my "stress" is anxiety in the order of things like you mentioned, test, etc. and there are immediately alot of anti-anxiety medications you can acquire so that it won't cause the physical symptoms to exist or exist as inadequately as they are now. There are also tons other things you can do to help you swot to deal next to stress/anxiety so that it won't effect you as badly such as yoga, open breathing, and anti-anxiety exercises. If you don't take strictness of this problem you will likely ending up with stomach ulcer from the stress so please talk to your doctor.
excercise can be a righteous stress reliever,especially if it is outdoors.
make time for yourself,and do things you soak up,that take your mind past its sell-by date things,that cause you stress.
