Healing your skin?
Answers: Vitamin E and Aloe Vera are the best and most natural channel to help near skin health externally and contained by many cases, therapeutic damaged skin. Vitamin E creams don't own a very illustrious potency of it, and most companies won't sell a straight vitamin E grease in a large enough concentration because it can build up surrounded by your system (if you take too lofty of a dose) and become toxic over time. That's why you should make sure you aren't taking a supplemental vitamin E at impossible to tell apart time. With Aloe Vera, you can just rub it on doesn`t matter what areas need the soothing... and you can use a honest cup or two a day undamagingly if needed.
One of the best ways for smaller areas of damage is to clutch a 400 IU softgel of vitamin E, poke a hole in the side of it (CAREFULLY), spread the grease on your skin, and rub it in resembling any massage grease. Make sure you use about an equal amount on respectively area of your frontage, as you should only do this once a daylight.
That's your best bet for external use (which is faster to heal the skin), but nearby are a lot of internal things you can use as economically. There's Fish Oil (which I use for my skin problems), Biotin, Silica (available naturally within Horsetail herb), MSM, and Hyaluronic Acid among the most popular items. Different people enjoy different reactions to those different ingredients, so it's unyielding to say what may support most for you. I've personally taken Biotin (which help for a lot of people), but it be too powerful for me, so it shows how different people can be.
As far as the clear solution, that was possible plasma from your blood... it's basically the marine that keeps your blood moving for shortage of a better term. If you maintain picking at it, it will bleed and it could potentially get infected. The film-like substance on the desk is probably more plasma that any seeped out through other pores or conceivably that little bit that you saw coming out that spread on your desk.
You'll want to keep that exotic skin clean until it heal over, and you may want to work more with a short time ago soaking the wound in Aloe until it heal up a bit... especially if it hurts when you rub either of those surrounded by. Good luck, and quit picking at it ;-)
