Is it ok to used diaper rash cream on myself lol. Because somethings my skin get dry and red down there? Will this work? (Sorry this is rather gross)

Answers:    It's fine. It is designed to heal and protect irritated skin here, and it doesn't care how frail you are, LOL.

Just make sure your skin is completely dry back you put it on or you'll make it worse. If your skin is damp and you apply diaper cream, you'll seal surrounded by the moisture.
