I get hold of sick after almost every time i put away, except for when i munch through foods in need preservatives. support please?

Answers: Time to do some sticky label reading. Line up the foods that make you sick, and find adjectives the ingredients that they have contained by common. Then check that detail off against the foods that don't get you sick. Whatever's left over is probably the culprit.
