I am have issues breathing/and struggling to be healthy near the appearance of my muzzle. Advice please?

Five years ago I had an operation to remove my adenoids. The operation seem to help at the time as I could breathe more confidently. Now I am finding a few issues with my nose/breathing which are getting increasingly worse. I am struggling to bring in adequate oxygen when breathing through my nose, so I tend to breathe through my mouth.
My doctor referred me to an Asthma nurse a few years ago when the breathing problems be more prominent. She suspected I had Asthma and I be provided with a brown and blue inhaler. When this did not abet me they gave me a disk inhaler. This does not lend a hand me either, so I simply chose to provide it time to see if it would improve. Now I am considering consulting my doctor again almost this, and another subject.
Ever since my adenoids were removed I hold been moved out with an apparent bump on my nose bridge. I hold been thinking roughly speaking surgery to remove the bump for a few years now. I am unsure on whether to of late be happy beside myself, or go further. Please help out :).
