How can I boost my immune system?

I'm in University and it's midterm week, I can't afford to be sick and I quality a cold coming on! I have some no-name Cold FX, Vitamin C tablets, and Centrum dailies that also contain Vitamin C. I bought sundry chicken soups as well. I to be sure don't want to OD on Vitamin C, but I've heard you can't.


Answers:    An mediocre intake of those vitamin supplements would do. Taking excessive amounts of those won't do you any good, as the body wishes just the right amount of respectively vitamin to function properly.

Also, I would suggest that you get satisfactory rest, and exercise regularly.. (A walk contained by the park, or biking in the morning would be righteous, as you get to breathe fresh nouns and have ample sunlight.)
I also helps to own a balanced diet.
Take the vitamin c tablets, drink lots of ginger juice, and grasp some medicines, oh and the soup should relieve. hope you get better!
