Scars and stretching after operation?

I am considering a hair transplant using the strip method (FUT), and infer that they cut out a strip of scalp from elsewhere on the head, after stretch the skin together and stitch it up.
My question is, will it forever be 'stretched' i.e. the scalp skin covering equal area near the strip removed, or does the skin grow back?
I ask because this is a situation where on earth the skin is reduced in nouns, not just cut.
Thanks within advance.

Answers:    i dont devise anyone here can give you an honest answer...i do contemplate you should ask your surgeon...even if you have be for your consultation...dont be frightened to ring back near further questions...i did when i have cosmetic surgery.

i wish you economically with the op & hope you capture great results...its scary but worth it!!
Dont really know babe....i be a hairdresser and a client of mine had, have a hair transplant...But you couldnt see if they have altered the skin!

I dont think you will see where on earth the skin has regrown or knit back together or the coat wouldnt grow properly....you would have a scar patch! Ask your surgeon and Good Luck xx
