Cold effecting my foot?

When the weather gets somewhat cold my hands turn red and sometime even purplish. Do you know why?? My foot never get resembling this only my palms... especially the knuckles. This happen every time outside is cold (not freezing though). Why and what is this? Can I make something is in that something wrong in my blood?

That happens to me, too. i believe it is because your fingers are smaller and hold less blood flowing through them, so they win colder more quickly.

I freshly wear gloves or stick them in my pockets.
