How can i take mor flexible and elongate my spine?
So I've been workin on my flexibilty for almost a few months or so. I can do a standard split and arch but that's about it....I've be trying to do a scorpion for a few weeks but it's not working out. My splits a pretty correct. My body is straight, my toes are pointed. Then when i do my arches it's kind of stright. I still cant gain my other hand to come around to do the scorpian. So if u guys hold anything like video pictures information or even a website or just sinple tips please recount me because i'm thinking of becoming a cheerleader. Please and thanks :)
Answers: Continue stretching on a regular proof. There's nothing that can do it inside a short time frame (short of wounding your joints, which would be decades of distress for you). You could also go to a Chiropractor and see if they can recommend any stretches or exercises. Good luck!
