my body can not handle to much distraction in a hours of daylight. i still have severe admonial stomach-ache and alot of increase of bleeding at times. i dont feel my body have healed satisfactory to go bck to work but.

Tell your doctor exactly what you hold told us. I have found most doctors to be rather understanding when it comes to soothing. I bet he/she will write a slip saying you have need of another 2 weeks off. Maybe explain to the doctor what is involved contained by your job and that you don't believe you can manipulate it.
