Answers: Some people utter that it means someone is chitchat about you, resembling when you're ears are ringing. Only this is usually gossip, zilch good.
Likely though, it's your usual spasm cause by sleepiness, nervousness/ stress, or strain. Are you reading, or online, too much?
Just rest it. Put a warm cloth over your eyes and relax. If it continues to the subsequent day, please christen your doctor.
