how do i prevent my contact lenses from getting these spots on them which causes me to see blurry when i put them on the spots are clear and they are permenatly on their but i dont know what i do wrong that they come out after approaching a week of wearing them should i change the solution i use or what?

and an alternative question how do you sterilize them?

p.s. i mull over the spots are called protein spots or something resembling that im not sure

Answers:    If they are protein spots then they are at hand because of extended use. The longer you use them the more you get. When I verbs my contacts, I use the solution my eye doctor recommended and rub gently surrounded by the solution. Good luck. Aren't contacts great??
