How do I desolate my mind up to that time going to bed?
How do I do it?
Answers: Just pull the tab astern your ear!
LOL! Just kidding ;-)
Seriously, I used to own the same problem. One piece that helped me be to realize what I was doing that kept my body from sleeping or that kept my mind going. With me, it be avoiding caffeine and sugar and avoiding exercise for 2-3 hours before bed.
I've have a few times where I couldn't tip out asleep because I wasn't tired... so I did more exercising during the day. I've also have many times where on earth I specifically had caffeine or closely of sugar 3 hours before I looked-for to go to bed so I would be impression drowsy right around the time I wanted to jump to bed... but that takes experimentation to find out what time frame would be best for you.
If that doesn't work okay enough, you could try some inherent sleep aids like Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it only just sounds bad), L-Taurine, or Passionflower. They aren't addictive and help seriously of people relax and drop asleep.
Oh, and to note, the WORST point you can do to help you crash asleep is to take Benedryl, a Tylenol/Advil PM, or some other prescription with sleep aid. Your body can find used to the extra medicine, and it won't work as okay when you actually NEED to run it. Good luck!
Try relaxing, having a cup of chamomile tea, taking a hot bubble hip bath , read a book. once in a while I will pocket anyquil or benedryl if i really need to sleep but cant.
dutiful luck. hope one of these works for you.
