Has anyone done the Lipotrim Diet? How resourcefully does it work?

Does it make a difference if u own a sneaky one or two alcholic drinks while on it just once a week?

Answers: I know someone who did it for a while. She give up eventually, shakes tasted horrible and she couldn't own a drink!

I'd just do a lower cal/fat diet and count contained by a few drinks a week - cheaper and more sociable!
