I'm a lethargic creature, but what the hell is this...?
I find my getting more tired, and freshly sleeping alot more. I know if your more active, you gain less tired, but I tried walking around and it ain't working for me... any suggestions?
Answers: This may nouns like an over simplistic answer, but create sure you're getting a good diet. Your mental stamina requires it, even as your physical does... And don't "dispense in" to the lazy bone! Develop right study habits, and it will draw from easier in time!
set a aim in your duration and FOCUS... if you are determined to success afterwards your body will follow....
