Answers: exercise ~2 hours formerly bedtime.
cut out all or almost adjectives caffeine (may have to do slowly to avoid headaches).
avoid liquid or food 2 hours before bed.
dim the lights.
gaping breathing and meditation (there are really good relaxation/meditation technique on cd)
if this doesn't work (it really should), then stir to doctor.

you must find the stressors in your go that are affecting your sleep patterns.
i know some folks like to hold it natural but if you dont mind taking sleeping pills i notably suggest Ambien CR.. it works wonders =)
or you can also try Tylenol PM or Advil PM... im sure they will all minister to you sleep better.
Hey for me I found if I am not tired enough I do as much push-ups as possible. Read closely if my mind is not tired and my body is. You can try OTC sleeping aids but I do not recommend it. I have be diagnosed w/insomnia for 4 years. It's tough but I finally went to the doc more or less it.
