I really want to stop smoking but i cant how could i stop.?
Answers: I smoked for 28 years..same for my wife..over a period of time we both seem to agree that we should stop..so we decided to quit the year after my birthday..some months away..after a very big dark..about 10 of us staggered home..flushed our smokes down the toilet.Next daylight ,went fund to the pub for a hair of the dog that bit us..word have gotten out..and other friends gathered around blowing smoke contained by our faces and offering us "simply one"..we laughed and laugh and...haven't had one since...9 years ago..the unprofessed is to make a date and stick to it..it's rugged but worth it.A strong will can do anything..2 strong wills is even better.Good Luck.
