How be the body examined back the x sunbeam?
Answers: history, signs and symptoms. ie history is what happened (not other any use as in disease). signs are what you can see or perceive. symptoms are what a patient feel or can tell you (not other practical as in knocked out patient or animals)
for example..... history- a being fell off a stepladder and landed on their foot, signs- their ankle is badly swollen and their foot is at a chance angle, symptom-the person tell you their ankle really hurts and they scream and swear at you when you poke their ankle........ diagnosis broken ankle- who requirements x-rays!
