Loud over-eager ringing surrounded by my ears...?

About 13 mos ago I had a a bit severe case of Bacterial Spinal Meningitas (the result of a screwed up surgery for a ruptered disc). It disappeared me with a loud constant and commonly annoying ringing in my ears. Right ear louder than gone. My Doc says it could stay next to me the rest of my life. Wow, another 35-45 years of super Hi-C. Has anyone hear of a treatment out there?

Unfortunately there is not much that can be done to treat it. Whenever you own ringing in your ears it is especially earth-shattering to protect your hearing when you are exposed to loud pandemonium (concerts, mowing the lawn, power tools, etc.). Also I would recommend keeping an eye on your audible range. Ringing in the ears is normally accompanied by large frequency hearing loss. You should be going to an audiologist and have a hearing audition every 1 - 2 years.

As far as helping it be less annoying when you sleep usually have some noise within the room helps one of those nouns machines with cascade sounds, a radio off frequency next to static noise, a devotee, etc. If you have audible range loss with the tinnitus sometimes using a audible range aid helps concealing outfit the tinnitus throughout the day as the audible range aid brings in more nouns to your system.
