Are HIV test truly anonymous?
Isn't that going against what anonymous is? Seriously.
Answers: HIV is a communicable disease, and therefore positive interview results do have to be reported to the form department and CDC. When the test is drawn, it is assigned a control number- your signature isn't attached to it. The lab reports that the number assigned to your test be positive, and returns the result to the doctor who ordered the test. At that point, unquestionably your name would hold to be associated with the test- or how else could they bestow you the results? The doctor then reports next to the number id to the state condition officials certify that you were notify and counseled, but again that report only contains your examination id number, not your term. There isn't a gigantic list next to names somewhere, so surrounded by that respect it is still anonymous. Only you and the doctor have adjectives the info to connect a test near a name. All anybody else have is the number. The lab is telling you correctly, basically not clarifying the procedure.
Yeah in a mode it is, but they have to report it for sanctuary. They have to report not freshly HIV but any blood to blood diseases. If its not reported and you are positive for HIV or any of the other numerous diseases then you can donate blood which within turn will be given to someone else. Its still anyonymous in the certainty its not public information. I had hepatitis C and im glad they hang on to records because I get mine off a transfusion, at lowest possible people are safer in our day and at least trying to save stuff from spreading.
