I noticed that the inside of my hookah's ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hookah ) hose have become very rusty. I am still smoking it as i dont own another hookah. I think i may be inhaling some of the rust present near.

Is it bad, if yes consequently how bad? I really involve some info on this.

Answers:    You are inhaling metal into your lungs. This could produce an infection such as pneumonia if it is not removed when coughing. Yes this is not good. Rust is oxidized metal. I would not do it.
