Answers: It is not safe to mix tramadol and speed. Speed is some discouraging stuff--plus it ages you very hastily. You feel depressed, you can develop paranoia and surrounded by many cases mental disorders.
Because tramadol is a torment killer--imagine what someone would be capable of if they be high on speed, hallucinating, and afterwards they took a pain assassin. The poor guy could cut himself or worse and not feel a thing--because his brain doesn't cause the connection that he is hurting himself.
Unfortunately, the best path out of this rut for your friend is to try and quit all together. He will most feasible go through stages of withdrawl which include vomitting, disorientation, sweats, aggression, and child-like behavior.
Make sure that your friend has someone he can trust check on him every few days to build sure he is alright--and to remind him how much bigger his wallet will be after he quits.
