Feeling a bit depressed today, what can i do?

From the time I was 10 years prehistoric until I turned 17 I was on depression meds. The meds made me consistency TERRIBLE on a day to light of day basis. I would cry every other hour for no plea at all, or for the stupidest things ever. I in recent times could not cope with natural life. I was on almost 7 meds at the same time, and lofty doses.
(Just to give you an thought of how much I was taking, I be 13 years old and prescribed to 200mg of seriquil. My mother is 40 and lately got prescribed to 25mg of one and the same medication.)

One day I have enough. I be tired of being the opening I was. I settled that I did not want to take the meds anymore. Since consequently, I have feel sugnificantly better. I hardly cry (occasionally, but not every time - not even every week). I'm a normal individual. I know have the facility to cope with light of day to day problems.

However, near are times when I still feel down. Like today. I've exercised, I've taken a hot tub, I've done most of the things that usually help myself to kick-out of depressed mode.

I use to consistency and sometimes I still do feel duplicate way you do. I read that working out would facilitate. It make your body release things it requirements. I tried it and it has worked great. I no longer clutch anything. As long as I workout at least 2 times a week I have a feeling great. If I get stagnant and miss a week I can feel the depression coming rear. I started this 4 years ago and I tell everyone that working out save my life.
