They are disgusting and painful...I maintain trying to pull them out near tweezers. They keep growing spinal column that way...give support to! Anyone know a good solution. Or should I travel to the doctor?

Answers:    you could get them infected doing that so you call for to be careful i would see if i can find a dr who would dampen them from growing back.

Stop with the tweezers or you will build them worse. Go see a podiatrist ( foot doctor ) and get some unadulterated relief.
