This has be going on for almost 2 weeks now. It's the strangest entity. I thought it was my heart, but I've figure out that I get this "sensation" when I move my eyes left/right or right/left.

You know the consciousness you get when you start falling asleep and you joggle out of it? It's kind of resembling that, but only contained by my chest. Like it's jerking awake. It feel like my heart is jump, but the "sensation" is in the middle of my chest. It make me dizzy if I look around much.

Does this sound aware to anyone?
