Do your legs hurt after walking?

So, my legs (calve area I guess) hurt when I meander for more then 10-15 minutes. They sting. I haven't walked AT ALL during Summer, so could that be the problem?
I've also be eating deeply of junk food and not drinking adequate water.

...I'm 20 years ripened (so i don't think it is something to do beside age)
If I start eating well again and only drinking sea (and lots of it) will my mucsles feel better?

Answers:    If you haven't walk a distance for a while, your best to start off stretching all right before starting (5-10 min) and start walking at a slow stride. Stop again before you desire to walk faster and do some more stretching until that time stepping up the pace.
Be sure to breathe steadily and other be hydrated. Start off next to short distances and after a week or so carry on a bit further. If you are short of breath or your calves soreness then cut pay for and try again (more stretches if you ache).
Always wear proper shoes (runners). Flip flops will only motive more problems and your feet, ankles and calves will loathe you for it.
Yes, that's probably it. You've been at leisure for awhile and your muscles have not have much of a workout.
