I am a 28 yo female, and will soon be working surrounded by a correctional center, and a psychiatric hospital (which is also a correctional center). I have asthma, and I tend to be "sick" relatively often (suppressed immune system). I enjoy had regular vaccination as a child, but I am wanting to be vaccinated for my topical employment facilities. Any suggestions?

Answers:    Definitely seize vaccinated for Hepatitis, i.e. one of the nastiest and easiest to catch. Also fashion sure that you're regularly checked for TB and MRSA, which is a medication resistant staph. Keep up on flu shots and maybe even pneumonia, especially if you own a poor immune system.

Essentially though, the first and foremost defense is handwashing. How underestimated it is! Also, transport around some liquid mitt sanitizer, that works great if you're in a hurry. But if you hold a choice, always handwash.
