What the best means of access to streghten my legs?

am 22, i have bended legs, i go amiss to put on pedow pushers, shorts, min skirts and swimming costume because i get intensely uncomfortable and shy to tolerate people see my bended legs. please support me. i like dressing up so these legs of mine is really getting into my nerves. what can i do.


Answers:    Resistance exercises is the best track to strengthen any body part. As for your legs, I suggest using machines at a gym, where on earth you can do leg extensions and leg curls. Walking up hill is also outstandingly good for strengthening your legs.
