Stamina is not built surrounded by a day, you enjoy to build it in a long term of time. Start an exercise like running or cycling. This is to be done each day. Start with short runs and after gradually increase to longer and longer runs every alternate hours of daylight.
Also start pranayaam and a little bit of yoga, but beneath expert guidance.
