All that being said, I don't estimate it's the companies that are causing your disease. At some point, those frozen meals have to sit unfrozen for a long period of time to grow salmonella. Did they come from equal grocery store? Where they stored in equal freezer? Do you have a thermometer within your freezer and do you check it? You may want to check these things to keep yourself fighting fit.
