As I get elder, it seems I hold more diffulty swallowing pills that have a plastic coating. It almost feel like it get stuck. What can I do?

Answers:    well plastic pills can be open ..If your having trouble getting it down , hollow it into like apple sauce or pudding..Another article you can do is make sure your mouth is not dry , your mouth should be extremely moist inside..then hold on to drinking until it goes down and if it feel like it's stuck pinch a small piece of bread or cracker it will help it budge down.
