Answers:    Good luck! It's been almost three weeks for me. It's a struggle, but you know it really is worth it. After adjectives, 46 million Americans have quit cigarettes, so here MUST be something to it :-)

There are a bunch of ways that one can quit, in increment to "cold turkey." Some go beside nicotine replacement therapy, some stir with pills.
