My grandma aged 70 has really cracked heels and foot which are very unbelievably itchy, she also gets it on her hand sometimes, on the feet they become cracked cause blood to come out and she said they are EXTREMELY itchy. Its been over a year since this and doctors aren't doing anything nearly it, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?! AND WHAT IS IT?

Answers:    Rub vaseline on them. It can be messy but you can keep an extra duet of slippers around to use for when she puts it on. It really is a great moisturizer.
