Help beside anxiety please?
Answers: In another Question about possible Anxiety, I made some comments..find the Question and look at please.
Whilst Anxiety can affect several, you are young to hold the dreaded illness..and it IS an disease, even though its a Physical symptom illness, but cause by an Imbalance in the
lower constituent of the brain, just trailing the neck at backside.
IF your doctor has diagnosed Anxiety, I HOPE he/she told you that 'regardless' of the opening YOU actually be aware of, NO ONE has ever be recorded as dying from Anxiety. The idea that you are at times is really scary..but its ONLY a passion and an incorrect nerve idea coming from the brain. The brain is presenting a 'phantom' feeling or infection. It DOES seem REAL to you..you CAN surface it. When the Panic atacks come on, you no doubt suffer Hyperventilation, "overbreathing"..your body is NOT getting sufficient Carbon Dioxide. We breathe surrounded by Air (Oxy) and breathe out (Car.Diox), however we need to save inside 'some' carbon dioxide to function.
Hyperventilation prolongs the Anxiety attack.
Anxiety attacks and Panic attacks are the same. Panic dosent concluding that long..Anxiety continues to haunt you.
However the 'feelings'may be like peas in a pod.
Some people experience different types of mental state.
At your age..you DONT want Depression on top of it.
AntiDepressants may not work for adjectives people..see your doctor previously thinking you may need them
WHEN you own these attacks, ignore them/accept them as here. Get on with 'anything' you may enjoy been doing or want to do, NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU FEEL..HOW TIRED YOU FEEL..HOW MUCH YOU 'think' YOU ARE GOING TO DIE.(you may also consistency light headed/giddy/sweat/feel hot and cold flushes and perceive a definite mass like 'pain' contained by your chest Your mouth may be dry..your eye pupils may be red/sore..you may even LOOK drunk to others.
KEEP seeing the Same Doctor and keep discussing this situation with him/her..Seek relieve from Beyond Blue, a Lifeline section on the Internet or by phone..see the other Answer on this and follow the instructions to the Internet site of Anxiety sympthoms.. DONT make a contribution up..Its hard I know, extraordinarily hard..
BUT, unless your under the weather from another serious illness..it WONT massacre you, no matter HOW 'bad' you be aware of
You need to relax and win focused. Try Yoga, talking near friends about that and possibly treatment.
