Am I bloated?
What do you think? I'm not surrounded by pain.
Answers: Do you get through alot of fiber and veggies. Those foods do that to you. Try and introduce a little more protein contained by your diet. I know fiber and veg is good for you but for a while less might simply make you touch less bloated - which is annoying and can be degrading.
well depends on how long you've be experiencing this.
but from what you said i guess yes you are bloated.
anyway try weighing yourself or hang around till this farting process ends and have a look at your tummy and see if it go black flat.
