Answers:    You didn't mention how long the pain have persisted, but if it doesn't resolve in the day I would strongly instil you to visit the Emergency Department of a hospital. The urgent vigilance "doc-in-a -box" type facilities aren't prepared to muddle through an acute onset of appendicitis since it requires surgical removal of the organ. If the agony becomes more severe, does not subside, and/or is accompany by nausea then go and get to the ER ASAP!! Don't take any over the counter stomach preparations.
