Answers:    Ask them to adjustment the filter of the air conditioning system. The dust is normally responsible for the symptoms you describe.
Try to drink water throughout the light of day for your dry throat, but the blocked nose is an allergy point in my belief. Is there no passageway you can open a pane, or take breaks for fresh nouns? Ask Health and Safety too.
