Fatigue, dilated pupils... what's going on here?
Answers: Please communicate me that you've gone to your doctor to ask for tests because I predict you're worried yourself over your symptoms. Obviously, the first things which do spring to mind are poisoning, alcohol abuse or a spontaneous effect to drugs (it doesn't have to be evil drugs but even just medication you are on). But if these were the lead to, you probably wouldn't be asking us for what's wrong.
It could be chronic fatigue syndrome (also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), which could rationalization for the extreme fatigue, lethargy and speech slurred (due to tiredness). Diabetes could also be blamed for symptoms resembling fatiguea nd blurred vision although you'd probably hold been diagnosed by presently. There are symptoms could also be accountable to some disturbed system disorders.
If I were you, I'd run to the doctor and ask for help.
entail to get yourself within for some testing. could be a problem next to blood flow to the old skipper there. impossible to right to be heard on here and without needed test but sounds like any narcolepsy or some sort of eletrical/blood flow problem. simple MRI or cat scan should help affirm the problem. insist on a test WITH contrast dye unless you're allergic to seafood or iodine.
