I quit smoking 3 months ago. and adjectives of a sudden today I am dying for a cig!! why?

when do the cravings go away? because i hadnt have one in months and adjectives of a sudden I REALLY want to go buy a pack!! where on earth did this come from? and can you please help communicate me out of it... because I've been contemplating this for times past 2 hours, so any one that says the average craving last 3 minutes is LYING/!


Answers:    It's your brain trying to convince you that you need it. No issue how long it is after you quit, there will be occasional times when you want a ciggy. Don't do it, because that's exactly the slippery slope you've be trying to stay off.
It will achieve better though. Besides, you must be stronger than that, because you've managed to stay rotten them for three months. You'll manage staying past its sell-by date for life. Because you've already done the hardest bit.
