No, the average is 8 but anywhere between 6-10 is normal besides, you are doing plentifully of sport and your body needs to regenerate. As a immature person, you should not obligation more than 7-8 hours of sleep each hours of darkness. Usually sleeping (staying in bed) for longer than that scheme they you aren't really getting 7-8 hours of "deep sleep".
My suggestion is that you try and stick to the 8 hours and any go to bed after that or take a hot tub 30 minutes before you retire.
Also, don't consume alcohol contained by any large number before retiring. This will dehydrate you and prevent you from getting a flawless night's sleep.
