I hold trouble sleeping at dark and its effecting my entire daytime. What should I do?
Answers: Are you having more trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? There are tons natural products that abet for different aspects of sleep. You could try Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it just sounds bad), L-Taurine, or Passionflower. They are adjectives very popular to relieve people sleep with ease.
If you are having trouble getting to sleep, you could also try relaxation exercises... but categorically stay away from sugar and caffeine for at least 3 hours in the past bed time, and avoid strenuous exercise for a good 3 hours formerly bed time as well.
Also to make a note of, the WORST thing you could do is to embezzle a medication that is not solely for sleep. You should simply take a torment medication with a sleep aid (like Advil PM or Tylenol PM) if the backache is keeping you awake and you should only pinch Benedryl if your allergies are keeping you awake. If you take a medication that you don't want, your body can get used to it and clear it so that when you DO need the medication, it may not be as impressive.
Consider making an appointment with your Doctor. Ask him just about a sleep aid prescription.
